The Bay Bib contains more than 6000 references to works concerning historical
as well as up-to-date research and issues of importance to
Galveston Bay. The Bay Bib refers to published and unpublished reports, books,
videos, photographs, charts and maps, computer files, journal articles, press
releases, manuscripts, etc. Included in the collection is the Galveston Bay
Estuary Program series, published by the
Galveston Bay Estuary Program.
The regularly updated version of the Bay Bib is in a searchable database format
accessible through the web. Earlier printed versions of the Bay Bib were
published and distributed to libraries throughout the bay region.

What's available and how can I get access?

More than 60%of the references are for materials located in the Galveston Bay
Collection and/or the collection of the Jack K. Williams Library, Texas A&M
University at Galveston. For more details concerning our special Galveston Bay
Collection, go to the GBIC Resources section below. Available materials may be
borrowed in the following ways:

or As a member of Texas A&M University System or through the Texas library
program called TexShare, your corresponding borrower's card provides you with
